  4. Hello, I know exactly what you mean. I really wanted to lose weight and get in shape. You didn't put your stats so I'm not sure where your at. For me I'm 5'11 and 209. I started weight lifting and running a bit everyday. People actually started to ask had I lost weight and low and behold I gained muscle lol.
