Help!! i'm trying to lose some weight around the arms (the flabby part) and my thighs. girls... you know what i'm talking about!! what sort of exercises should i do to lose some weight??

    Sixth: Takes lots of fluid. Drinking at least six to eight glasses of water a day keeps the body refreshed. Since weight loss depends on how the body eliminates body wastes, the body must stay hydrated.

    All in all, discipline and consistency is still the best practice and the key to a rapid weight loss success. If your desire to change is greater than your desire to eat junk food and be lazy than you will achieve your goal. constantly push yourself and always keep your goal in mind because it's the only thing that will help you.

  6. You can't lose weight on certain spots. YOU CAN'T! You need to lose weight overall and do some TONING. Although you can't lose weight on certain areas, you can tone those problem areas like your arms, and thighs.

    First, you need to plan what you eat to lose some weight. Eat healthy foods. Eat to replenish your body. Go for veggies, fruits, oats, egg whites, whole wheat bread etc and avoid sugary and chemical laden foods like ice cream, candies, chocolates, cakes (you know that). And drink you WATER.

    To enhance weight loss, you have to pair it with a good exercise plan. Do some cardio for 30 minutes each day and 15 minutes of TONING. For toning, you can lift weights or opt for free weights like resistance bands. I highly recommend resistance bands for you, its easy and its cheap. It really tones your body.

  7. To lose weight in those areas you need to lose weight overall.  You can tone the muscles in those areas.  "The flabby part" of your arms would be your triceps.  Start a weight lifting routine. It will help increase your metabolism and make you feel and look better in so many ways. Join a gym. Possibly you can find one that has someone who specializes in weight lifting programs for beginners.
