You're going against every sound business principle to keep your name easy to say & remember among your prospective customers > that's why we have AT&T, GE, Sam's Club, ABC etc.

I'd keep it to SAR & CAR.  > I know it's more of an ego thing for the principals to put their names on the business.  But trust me, nobody else will care.

Well, initials would be SARCAR or CARRAS. More than that and you would have a real mouthful.
