  4. how about a ramen noodle salad?

i had it at a bridal shower and it was sooo yummy

8 tablespoons almonds, slivered - toasted

8 tablespoons sesame seeds - toasted

    1 head of cabbage, chopped

    6 green onions, sliced

    4 Tablespoons sugar

    2 teaspoons salt

    1 teaspoon pepper

2 Tablespoons Accent Seasoning (or use the season packet from soup)

    6 Tablespoons rice vinegar

    3/4 cup salad oil

    2 packages of Top Ramen

    (uncooked NOODLES ONLY - crumbled)

Toast nuts and seeds in oven until browned.

    Set aside to cool.

Chop cabbage and slice onions; mix together in bowl. Combine sugar, salt, pepper and Accent Seasoning together and drudge into cabbage.

Mix vinegar and oil together adding to cabbage and stir. Add nut and seeds to cabbage Stir. Refrigerate. Don't add broken up noodles till right before you serve so they don't get super soggy.

  5. I am a chocolatier with my own business.  One of the easy dessert items I suggest is chocolate mousse, placed in an edible chocolate dessert cup, with a chocolate leaf on top.  It is very decorative, very delicious and looks like you spent hours when you really didn't.

  6. How about fondue? It is really making a big come back. I work in a kitchen store and we sell alot of fondue pots. Its really fun and I'm sure nobody else would think of it. Do a chocolate fondu then have things like strawberries, pineapple and things like that to dip into the chocolate.

  7. Is it to be finger food,  serve yourself, hot/cold, for the kids or adults?

I could give some great ideas, but you need to be a bit more specific for whom or what your catering for.
