I need to make a phone called to Caracas, How?

Help!!!, I been trying I can't go thru, It's cell phone number, contry code is 58, city code is 212 and the number starts like this 0414 012 34 56. This is not a real number the point is that I need to dial this number NOW!! please tell me how and why every time I dial is not going thru. Thank you.

Try leaving out the zero at the beginning.

You are trying to call a cell phone.

So, instead of dialing the city just dial the cell code. (414)

For example:

01 (or 001) -(I don't know in what country you are)

Then the country code 58- then cell code 414 (do not put another 0 infront) then the # (which obviously is not 0123456)

Just dial: 58-414-0123456.  You don´t need Caracas' code (212), the 414 works as the area code.
