I need to make a "boot up" with a CD ROM not a FLOPPY DISK?

nero allows you to create a boot cd but its not easy

booting from a cd is a part of the bios , and NOT  something you need to create . xp , vista are bootable media that do not require a boot disk

please elaborate???   to boot from cd, when you turn on your pc, (black screen white writing) thats the bios. hold delete or f2 (it says what key to hold for setup) you enter the bios. look for boot sequence. change the first device to cd-rom. save then exit. the pc reboots. then it will search your cd-rom drive FIRST for an operating system, if it finds one it will boot-it!!
