I need to make an appt but i owe them money!?

I don't have 600 dollars right now to pay my dr, but i need to make an appt i' m almost out of birth control, i have no refills. Will they still see me? Does the secretary have access to that when i check in or will she not know i owe money?

yes, the secretary will probably know you owe. And to get a pill refill for birth control would not fall under "needed care" so look for the doc to deny you an appointment. What i hear you saying is you want to continue to have s*x, but don't want to pay your bills--you can abstain, ya know. Try offering a partial payment and see what they say.
