i no its like 80 dollars to make a copy at a hardware store

would it be cheaper to go to the dealer?

you shoul dknow if its got a chip or not if not it only cost about 2 bucks most anywhere that has a auto setion like wal mart can do it autozone can do it but if it has a chip it a dealer item and it will cost you like 80 bucks

if you take it Home Depot they can actually tell you if there's a smart chip in it. and they only do it for like $2

but they can't do it if there's a smart chip. they told me once that if there is, the car dealership is the only place you can get it done

i would call the dealer and ask you might get lucky but i know those keys are way more expensive then normal ones to copy
