I need to make atleast $500 a month, what can I do?

I work with animals (dogs horses) and I can also garden and stuff. What is something easy I could do?

depending on where you live you might be able to help out a vet, work at a place that boards animals and also look into mowing people's lawns. At your age there is not going to be anything "easy" for you to do and get that kind of money. You might as well realize that you are going to have to work harder the younger you are. When school starts 14 year olds can not work past 7:00 p.m.  This means you need to work harder this summer to make up for what you can't work during school days.
