  1. -Make a trip to a local craft  store and buy some black construction paper. Then pink felt paper, and any color string.

-get a plastic child's head band -Cut the construction paper to what looks like ears.

-Cut pink felt smaller and and glue it to the construction paper ears

-get a hold puncher and punch a hole at the bottom of them. -get some string and tie the string through the hole in the ear and around the head band

-do the same for the other ear.

    -make sure srting is tight!

There you go- and good luck!!

  2. Donkey ears are long and narrow, about the size of the kids head would be appropriate.  Take a wire coat hanger and straighten it as much as possible, then start in the middle and curve to fit top of head and then bend the ends back up like antenna just above the ears.  Make paper mule ears to slide over the wires and tape in place.  Bend the wire in a bit more to grip the head.  If the kid has to jump around with these on, make a head band of cloth or paper and fasten to wire so it goes around plus over the top.

  3. a brown thinner headband-Walmart and you can go in their craft section and get those sheets of thin foam "paper" for a minimal amount to cut-brown with pink for the center-long ears-

  4. stuffed socks and a head band??

  5. Follow the suggestion to use a child's head band (you don't have to tell a boy that it's a girl's headband) and do NOT bend wire around your kid's head!!

The suggestion to make ears out of two colors of construction paper is a good one --  but if the ears are too floppy, glue on a back layer of lightweight cardboard and cover the back of that with another sheet of black paper.

Leave extra paper/cardboard at the bottoms of the ears and you can tape them onto the headband with duct tape or other strong tape; if you can't get black tape, cover the tape with more black paper and clear scotch tape.

You can use your own eye makeup to give his nose a black tip for an animal nose effect.

  6. brown felt on a headband?
