I need to make in international call to Brazil!!?

I have been searching for this person, I am in California and I think this is the right person. How do I call? Is this a complete address? I found it by searching brazil white pages. .....Any help would be appreciated!!! Thank You!!

ok...this is tricky. I don't know if S Vicente or VL Valenca is the city!!!! I typed in both as city names and they were in different states!

Anyway-here's the site I found for S Vincente-which is located in the state of Sao Paulo

Then there is Valenca, which I think is located in the state of Salvador:

So anyway...according to the following website, the codes for the states are:

Sao Paulo: 11

So I guess...try them both.

If you don't already know this...to make an international call from the US-you dial:

011 (tells the operator it's an international call)

+country code + number...and apparently for some countries, there's a regional or state code as well...who knew!

In short...you will need to dial:

011-55-71-013-3469-4535

or

011-55-11-013-3469-4535

Not sure if either of these will work...but hey...it's something to try.

I know when my husband went to Korea, it took me forever to figure out how to call him from the US!!!! He just gave me the number but we didn't know anything about all the stuff you have to dial first! I went through 3 operators before I got one who could help me.

For God's sakes, pick up the phone and talk to the operator! They will be able to help you better than anyone here probably.

The address is missing the zip code

To make the phone call just dial:

011-55-13-3469-4535 for sure

I make calls to Brazil and that's how I make the calls.

try using skype.. go to www.skype.com, but its only from PC to Phone.
