I need to make something for my childcare course ie an activity mat ....?

i dont really wont to a mat as one of the others has already doing it any ideas would be very helpfull im doing my nvq 2 and work with 1-2 year olds so somthing that would suit them please help thanks

my daughter got her degree in early childhood development. i'd like to help but your question isn't understandable. that's frightening. i'll give this a stab in the dark and hope this is what you're looking for. how about something like baby twister. make it for their size. the spinner could just be hands and feet. use colors, shapes and maybe animals for the floor piece. it would be like hand on elephant, foot on red, etc.

These are GREAT for this age: you make weave a basket or make a pretty looking treasure box...fill it with everyday items for exploration---

Nature theme: pine cones, twigs, wooden bowl, wooden spoons etc

Sound theme-rattle, bell, sqeezy toy...

Remember safety when u pick items!!!
