  1. Does it have to be a board game?  I ask because as far as the physical making of it goes, card games are easier.

Put some fake money in the middle of the table.  Players each draw 5 cards.  They take turns by drawing a card and playing a card.  They must always play a card.  If someone can match a pair of "suit" cards in their hand they take money from the pot and draw cards to replace those.  Once the pot is gone, game is over, most money wins.

Some suit cards could be malpractice, car accident, divorce, etc.

Action cards could be things like give a card to the person to your right, take a card from the right, make someone give you a suit card, make someone give money to the pot, make 2 people trade hands, etc.

Good luck.  Link below is to a game I made.

  2. You know what might be crazy, making your board game like that game Stratego.

But instead of numbers, ranks, and bombs, you put different facets of law that would be used in a case. You can have the different grounds for objections (I have little actual proceedings knowledge so you would have to make them up) you can have the bomb be miss trial and the flag be the verdict.

It could be criminal or civil, though now that I think of it the civil would be easier probably. At least the concept would be two equal parties in a suit against each other, instead of the different rules and formalities of a criminal trial.

    Anyhow, it's just an idea.

I was drawing a blank with a monopoly idea. *L*

  3. How about a Law version of Trivial Pursuit? Cards would have questions about law and specific legal cases.

  4. If its for law try to use sharks.  I can't think of how just thought the analogy would be funny.
