I need to no what football cleats to get help?

im a wide reciver and i wanted to no what cleats should i get 14 studs or only 7 stud cleats which one is better?

I have 14 and i got a ton of frip really helps with those quick slants to plant and go.

7 i have the nike super speeds and they are light and have great traction with only 7

With 14 stud cleats you'll have more traction, of course the opposite is true with 7 studs.  If you're running deep routes, you want the 7.  If you are running short spurts and cutting you might want the 14.

14 studs will give you more traction which you will need for wide reciever, because if the field is wet, and you have to do a Slant...or Post, you want to be quick, you dont want to slip and fall. that would be bad.
