  1. James H.,

Call some "Life-Insurance Attorneys" and ask them over the phone how to go about retrieving this will. They will be more than happy to either help you to get it, or just give you "Free" ways to obtain this will. My ex-husband, had an Uncle pass away. Him and his two sister's didn't even know him very well. Well, one day we got a letter in the mail stating that their were 6 nieces and nephews who were found by this "Attorney" who found out about their Uncle's house and other belongings, that were owed to the 6 of them!! My ex-husband ended-up getting somewhere around $3,000 dollars from out of the "Blue" it seemed to us! Because he said he vaguely remembered him even when he was really little!! His two sisters got the same amount as Jay did. The other 3 cousins got much more, because I guess they were living with him up until close to his dieing time. But the three of them were so greatful they even got anything being that they hardly knew this man. Their Mother had passed-away when they were so young, that their father didn't have much to do with her brother after her death, so this was the reason they didn't even remember him. But, because he owned a house in the "Big-City" it needed to be dealt with. So, an attorney took the case and found all of the family members that were left in the "Will" and sent each of them letters. So, I would go through either yahoo's yellow pages for Family Attorney's, or maybe something along the lines of "Will and Testimony Attorney's"? Try that one too! Good Luck to you hun. You'll have your day, you'll see! Smile!!!
