I need to open something with a mini screwdriver. I don't have one what else could I use to unscrew something

A big hammer works for me !!!!!

Run a nail back and forth on some concrete to create a flat spot at the point.  Turn it over and create a flat spot on the other side to match.  You can also use the end of an uncoiled coat hanger in a pinch.  

Voila!  Mini (aka precision) screwdriver.

Use a tip of a small knife or a small thin but sturdy metal strip

A metal nail file usually works well, or the end of a pair of tweezers where you hold it, not where the points are.    If you are going to flatten the tip of a nail, just pound it with a hammer.  It will take all night to file it down by running it back and forth over concrete.
