a whole year?  well start with September and get that month done and do one month at a time.  I love the Mailbox magazines -I get so many ideas from there.  good luck

Use the seasons and special dates in you calendar to get started then fill in with other ideas that were a success.  Also split up into different type of activities so that you are not always using variations of the same thing.

Cut and stick, collage, paint with brushes, sponge paint, print with potatoes, experiment printing with a range of objects, string, glitter pictures, paint with washing up liquid mixed in use a straw to blow bubbles and place paper on top.

Colour with crayons, pens, pencils, metalic pencils, charcoal.

Use leaves, lolli sticks, foil sweet wrappers

Let the children choose too.

this person has 20 yrs experience in education and published weekly lesson plans. you can start with the ones already published to start what you need (she has color, zoo, night time, snow, valentines day and a few others) then each week check back with the site.

First pick themes for each month or week.( If you want to be theme based) Then start with Sept. and look up ideas on the internet using your themes -look for art, math, science, large motor (games) Drama etc. Plug in the ideas into a calendar. Make sure they are appropriate for your age group.
