  1. First of all are you picking her up at the airport?? If not then you will be able to plan something speacial for her.  She will probably be tired from her flight so be aware of that, and plan accordingly.. You know all of her likes and dislikes. Maybe a light dinner and show her around SOME OF THE CITY WHERE SHE WILL BE LIVING.  TAKE HER HOME AND HAVE A HOT TUB W/CANDLES LIT SOME SOFT MUSIC .. RUB HER FEET AND KISS HER NECK AND WHERE THIS GOES IS IN YOUR IMAGINATION

    HAVE FUN

  2. maybe u can go for a nightime strole to a beautiful place and than go bak home and bake cookies and then light candels in the bathroom and take a bath together hehe.

  3. The above ideas are good, but I think you should focus on what she likes and my have mentioned in the past.  Try to make it a surprise if you can.

  4. Have a romantic dinner, home-made would be best.  Candles, roses, flower petals, really calm environment, with soft, romantic music.

  5. A romantic picnic in the park, complete with wine, cheese, fruit and bread - something light before you take her out for a lovely dinner.

It would help to know where you are in the UK for more specific ideas...

  6. my husband made me a surf and turf dinner (i was surprise, it actually tasted good) he lit candles got champagne. two dozen of my favorite roses... and he made a heart on the table made of rose petals... then we got in the hot tub after wards.. he also wrote me a poem, it was a nice night. rose petals on the bed and some new lingerie are always nice touches.. back rubs too! http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;...

  7. BEACH!

  8. roses, flowers, petals (maybe put on the bed)

food (nice restuarant or home made) with candles.

    wat more could she want?

  9. Oh, how exciting!  If I were your wife the first thing I'd love for you to do is take me sight seeing.  Scope out the best restaurant in the area before she arrives and when you get there be sure to order for her.  I love when my husband asks me what I would like.  When the wait staffs asks he always says, "my lovely wife here would like......"  Oh so sweet and romantic!  Is there is a beach nearby where you can take a romantic walk?

Make sure you have a nice dessert planned or prepared for when you get back home.  Eating dessert right after a meal is too much so wait until later to bring out the gourmet chocolates or buy a fondue pot and dip strawberries together.  Flowers  in the house are always a nice touch, but roses are way over done that they lose their romance.  :)

Buy her favorite flower instead!  It is always romantic for a guy to know what his wifes favorite things are.

It is so sweet that you have taken the time to ask others how to make this time special for your wife.  I doubt you will have any trouble wowing her if you are thinking about how to go about it. :)

Have fun and enjoy one another~

  10. A nice meal, a good movie, and a back rub before bed....always makes me happy!

  11. Take her for a midnight picnic when the moon is full, out in the countryside.

  12. A case of beer and some wings should do the trick!

  13. You should ask the locals in the UK where there are nice restaurants with a nice view of the city, that would be a memorable experience;) On top of that buy a snow glob of the city, than hand it to hery during dinner.:) Aww how romantic..

  14. a spa night for couples, complete with chocolates.

  15. You should plan for a tour of where you live in the UK and find the most romantic restaurant and take her out to dinner.

  16. Depending on where in the UK you are, is there any historical relevance to where (or nearby) you're living now?  You could take a cue from that (ie, when we were nearby where Sir Walter Scott lived, my husband bought a book of his poetry and we picnicked near one of Scott's favorite areas, then took a stroll through Abbottsford rose gardens :)  You could always go the route of "a knight in shining armour".  Horseback riding in the country?  Find a local favorite for dinner -- no more tourist spots for you, you're residents now!  Ask if they'll put flowers on the table, have a toast to your new home together, make it as romantic as possible.
