I need to "crop"? or.. is it "cut"? a pic.. help?

basically I need to cut.. a certain part of a pic out and save it, does anyone know of a good programme what I could download for this? thnx!!

its crop, you can easily crop pictures in word but its difficult to save it. Any photo editor should be able to do it depending on your available software. Any programme that mentions editing basically covers cropping a picture.

You should be able to do this in the graphics application that is probably already in your computer, such as in Paint.

Look in the "accessories" folder or directory for it.

Just select the portion you wish to keep and then find the "crop" selection.

If you are using windows Vista, the program you use to view images "Windows Photo Gallery" gives you the option to Fix an image. just open it and click on "Fix" and a menu on the right will appear. Then click on "Crop Picture" and select the parts you want to stay in the picture by adjusting the ends. then click the "Apply" button on the right side menu.

then close the is it and it will save itself.

And the easiest way is to use Paint. just open the pic in Paint and choose the rectangle tool and crop the pic.

It's probably the easiest and because it is on your computer already I'm sure.

You can also use Photobucket. it's a photo hosting website.

Just go to www.photobucket.com and register (it's for free) and upload your pic there. then you can edit your pic..

I can go on and on because there are many ways you can crop a pic..if you have photoshop you can do that too..

make an account

upload the picture

click edit ...

then do whatever you want with it ...

including "cut"
