I need to renew my Turkish Residents permit for two years.?

My passport life is less than one year. Will I have to renew my passport before reapplying for the permit ?

Generally, no, if your passport agency will allow you to retain your old passport.  In that case, though, you will always need to carry the expired passport with the valid resident permit along with your new passport.  To save trouble, if you are allowed to do so, renew your passport before you get the resident permit.
