  1. 00353 the drop the 0 of the prefix code

  2. you have to dial 00353 and then the number you wish to dial

  3. hey if brays not in Dublin surley you wouldnt need the 01 in the prefix considering 01 is Dublin! no?

  4. Yes it's 00 353 1 x*x xxxx but I just wanted to point out that Bray is NOT in Dublin-It is in WICKLOW.  Thanks (sorry just a bit touchy about my lovely native county being co-opted by Dublin)

  5. Bray, even though it is in Wicklow (just), is within the Dublin telephone district so you dial 00 353 1 and then the 7 digit phone number.

  6. All the answers are correct (003531...) but if you want to do it on the cheap (or to any country FROM the UK), suggest you check out www.telediscount.co.uk for additional prefix codes that get you discounts (eg 0844 861 78 78 before your Irish call gets you it at 1p a min).  There is no sign up or separate companies, just shows on your normal bill.  Great site if you have relatives abroad - I use it for my brother in Canada (1p a minute also).  Simply the country you want to call, it gives you the prefix and cost per minute to both landlines and mobiles in that country.
