Question:

I need to run 1.5 miles in under 12 minutes about a month from now. i am extremely out of shape. HELP!?

i'm not super overweight. i'm a smoker. i can't even run for a few minutes without seeing spots. i need to train i just dont know how. i need a training plan!

  1. first of all as youve probally already discovered running and smoking dont mix. try starting out maybe running half a mile or so everyday and gradually increase your miles. dont be afraid to take it slow at first. good luck!!


  2. Is this for the military by any chance?  I do believe they have training plans if you google it.  It would be a great idea to quit smoking as well.
