I'm joining the army as a soldier and for the physical test I have to run a mile and a half in 10 minutes and 30 seconds or better, as of from I post this I have 10 days till i'm tested.
I havent waited until now to ask this because i only recently applied
I'm not very physically fit, I used to run around alot when I was younger and used to be the fastest kid at school on sports days etc, i'm 17 years old and i'm not sure if this is capable of accomplishing, but I really want to pass this because its the career i'm after, Any advice? good foods to eat to have better positive energy? Ways to train?
