I need to sell a snake and habitat?

Question

I have a 5 1/2 foot red-tail boa and a 4x3x4 foot habitat(guessing on actual size of habitat). This boa was left at my house by my ex who has no place to put it and is giving me the okay to post. Where do I list it to sell it? craigslist is a no go, kaboo is out of my area (kc ks area), i'm at a loss as to what forum/website to go to. Please help

You can post an ad in your local newspaper.

Or you can give it to a shelter.

well its doubtful anyone will buy the snake on craigslist because you are not supposed to sell animals on there. you should try to adopt it out instead of selling it. go to the "pets" section on cl and list it with a small adoption fee.

you can also try listing it in a local newspaper. or there may be a reptile show or expo in your area.

Where are you located?  Is it possible, that you are asking to much?  Is it safe to handle.  Red tails can be nippy if they are not handled regularly.    Are you willing to ship?  If not then the Internet is not probably where you want to try.  Send an E-mail to [e-mail]     They may be able to help ya.    Good Luck
