I need to sell my dryer today, what stores can i look up that will pick up the dryer and sell it??

Whirlpool 3wire 120/240 volts, 60hz, motor 4.0amps, heater and accessories. Never used it was given to me. I live in a apt and its taking up space.

I only know of two instances where an organization will pick up an item for you.

If you buy a new appliance, often the store’s delivery service will haul your old one way. This can be free or may come with a fee.

The Salvation Army will pick up donated items it sells in its stores (not sure if appliances are included). They will not pay you for the item.

Second hand appliance stores will haul it away and pay you for it when they do.  If you want to sell it and negotiate the price yourself, advertise it on Craigslist and indicate that it needs to be hauled away.  Most stores won't sell appliances on consignment.
