Mate there is nobody cheap in Australia a snowboard won't do it.  You need to wine and dine them first.

I just bought a board from the US and it was shipped via USPS Express Mail International.  Total shiiping cost was US$79.00.  

If you are in less of a hurry USPS First Class Mail International would be about US$65.00.

Beware if its new, australian customs might charge 10% GST on the total value once it gets to oz.  As the shipper though you wont have to worry about that.  Might be best to say it is second hand and reduce the value.
