  1. Your best bet may be to find someone that is making the trip, and have them take it as luggage.  You might need to pay them, or make some other deal -- but that would be the cheapest way to get it there.

    There would need to be someone to meet them at the airport to pick it up (and maybe give them a ride home -- that would be a nice touch)

  2. I would try Fed Ex or UPS but they may cost you a bundle.  If you're not in a hurry to get it here (and since ski season is pretty much over!), you may want it sent by sea which should be much cheaper.

    Try google to find some places and give them a call.

  3. It is going to be very expensive since the board is considered to be over-size.

    You should go to a sports store, and ask them if they will give a box so you can place your board in it for sending.

    The price is going to be based on length * height * width; then the result is going to divided by a certain number. The result of this calculation is going to be used as the weight you will be charged.

    For shipping, you have several options:

    In no particular order: Fedex, UPS, Canada Post, DHL, Greyhound Courier Express(Greyhound uses DHL for this service)..
