I need to send antibiotics to a friend in Beijing. How do i do it?

He just needs to go to the local hospital for that. It's antibiotics, nothing special. Everyone has those. It shouldn't be up to you which antibiotic he should be getting anyway. Only a doctor who sees him firsthand should be prescribing those. There are several English-speaking hospitals in the Beijing area that foreigners often go to for treatment. What he has seems very straight forward to treat. Besides, even if you sent antibiotics to Beijing, by the time it arrived, he'd probably be better on his own already. If you really want to help him, look up some English-speaking hospitals around him and send him on his way.

Tell your friend to go over to SOS International on Xin Yuan Li or Beijing United Hospital in Lido.  Both are excellent and can provide any antibiotics he needs.  The numbers are below:

Beijing and other cities in China have better medical facilities and hospitals than a lot of western cities do.  Most of their doctors were trained in NA or Europe. They have antibiotics just as any other civilized countries have.  You cannot send antibiotics or carry drugs, even presecription drugs into other countries unless they have your name on them and were prescribed for you and in some countries, are not narcotics.

WHY would you or your friend even want to? You arent a doctor, he may have a cold or the flu which you dont take antibiotics for - and you have NO idea what he should be doing anyhow.

This is ridiculous and stupidly dangerous in the extreme when he has access to medical care in Beijing.

This is also why there are now so many antibiotic resistant diseases in the world today, because of people like you.
