I need to send off a Affidavit of Marital Status form to so I can marry My girlfriend in china.?

I live in the USA. I just need to get a Affidavit Of Marital Status to have it Notarization so I can get the OK to Marry My girlfriend in china. I am hopeing to talk to someone who have done this before. I look online but I not sure if I doing eveything right. If someone could help Me or give Me some info Please think You

the US does not actually produce this sort of document, you would have to consult a firm or notary public for this sort of transaction,

Search online for a website called Candle for Love. It's a site for men with fiancees or wives in China who want to bring them here. There will be men there who have been through this process and they can advise you how to go ahead.

Have you and your girlfriend actually met in the last two years and can prove that you have a real relationship going?  Do you have photos of the two of you together, hotel receipts, airline tickets, phone bills, etc.?  If not, you are out of luck.  

You would need the above to file for a fiancee visa.
