  1. my answer would have to be try and hold your breath for as long as you can but just don't kill yourself doing it. or what i do pretend something is chasing you and imagine if you imagine a dog imagine the dog breathing on your legs and barking that what i try


  2. Run, break, run then have a break each day. Keep flat hands while and practice!

    Have long-ish strides, and watch the 100m runs in the olympics and see what you are doing wrong.

  3. try and keep healthy have your 2 fruit and 5 veg and no junk food like lollies or even like McDonald's.Do your stretches ever day and take a jog around where you live and play sports.And by the way the record is like 9 second and something milliseconds.And good luck
