ABOUT ME:::

I'm 5'4

I'm 118 lbs

I'm not FAT but i NEED to SLIM DOWN WITHOUGHT LOOKING MUSCULAR!!!

I want to be skinny and don't tell me 118 pounds is small enough.

I want to weigh about 90 lbs (yes and no comments about it)

anything that works? workout moves, dance moves, exercise moves, how much i should eat per day....you know......that stuff

and DON"T tell me to starve myself or go on a diet

  1. I want to weigh 90 pounds too, so I feel you on that! I am not sure how you can lose weight at your size, without getting muscle too. I recommend eating around 1200 calories, and sticking to a low carb diet. I stay around 150 carbs per day, versus the 300-400 carbs that most people eat in a day.

    For exercise? I highly recommend TURBO JAM! Its the best there is.  


  2. 1200 calories a day, 3 miles of running every day

    lift eevery other day (3 tims a week)
