As we all know school is unfortunately starting up once more and that means getting up earlier. Well, I am personally a night owl and go to bed at around... 4:00 or 5:00. And I wake at 12:00 - 2:00 in the afternoon.I have a terrible sleep pattern, yes. Well, I need to get to bed at around 11:00 to get up at 6:30 in the morning. I need to ease back into my regular sleep schedule and I need to do it before the end of the week. Any help?
