  1. Everyone sweats during PE but yeah, it's annoying. Try wearing dark colors. They will show and stain less.

  2. Are you sweating in your regular clothes?  Because you need to change for PE.

It would be a good idea to get baby wipes (or some equivalent) so you can clean your underarms and apply antiperspirant/deodorant both BEFORE and AFTER PE.  Degree and Dove work pretty well.

If you are sweating a great deal throughout the day, you should consult your GP, and she can prescribe special antiperspirants.

  3. Try secret flawless it worked for me in volley ball.

  4. There are some people that have really bad problems with perspiring. I know I did when I was a teenager. What I did that helped is to shave my underarms every day and once they were dry, I used Mitchum roll-on antiperspirant/deodorant. I had to use baby wipes or if your skin can take it, antibacterial wetwipes, and then reapply my antiperspirant several times a day. If you are outside, it is almost impossible to stop

perspiring because that is your body's natural defense of letting out all the toxins, excess salt and water. If you can keep wetwipes in your gym bag and leave an extra bottle of antibiotic (whatever kind works best on you) in your bag, you will be able to freshen up if you cannot take a shower after P.E. with a good deodorant soap like Safeguard or

Dial Antibacterial (as long as it is antibacterial and do not use this soap on your face because it is too harsh for facial cleansing) and then

reapply your antiperspirant before you leave. I am sure that almost all teens that work out at school perspire during the summer months, regardless of whether you work out in the gym or outside. There are several new antiperspirants out now that help absorb order and prevent

wetness a little bit better than some of the older ones. You have to try out some of the new and different antiperspirants yourself to see which one works best on you.

I am listing some of the stronger antiperspirants that are available over the counter, but as to whether or not they leave stains on your clothes is something you will have to check out for yourself because each person is totally different. I alterternate using one of these: Mitchum Scented Men's Antiperspirant Roll-On or Clear Gel formulas and the Women's Clinical Strength Secret Antiperspirant because I have had problems for years with underarm wetness and odor. These are two of the best antiperspirants that I have found that do not cause underarm rashes, itchiness or sensitivity. But what I use may not work for you, so now it is up to you to find which product works best for you. Two brands that have never worked on me are Arrid X-Dry and Ban. I might not as well even be wearing any antiperspirant because neither of these

brands keeps me dry or odor free. And even though it takes longer for the roll-ons and gels to completely dry, they work better than any of the sticks do and the majority of the solid antiperspirants, with the exception of Secret Clinical Strength. But sometimes this solid form of Secret can leave some traces of white behind on your clothes. Do not

even bother trying any of these products in the spray formulas because

they do not last very long.

Mitchum Clear Roll-On or Mitchum Clear Gel

Clinical Strength Secret or Secret Roll-On

Clinical Strength Degree or Degree Roll-On or Gel Formula

    Certain Dri Antiperspirant

    Sweatstop (available online at www.sweat-stop.com)

Drysol (I saw this and the one below shown online but have never heard

    Maxim  of them until now).

And if none of these work for you, you can always try going to see a Dermatologist for a prescription strength deodorant. The only other thing I know that slows down the sweat glands is Botox, but I am not sure how old you have to be before doctors will inject you with this type of medicine. I have never had this done and don't plan to try it.

Included are some websites so you can read about excessive sweating

and I hope that these are of some significant help to you.

  5. as for sweating its kinda hard to prevent that but sweat stains, if bleaching doesn't work to get the pit stains out soak the stained part in vodka, i know it sounds weird, but it works!

  6. You may be like I was, nervous during PE change-out. You need to know that you are new to this & you just got to get though it. It really does'nt matter. Poeple are too buzy thinking of their own affairs... They don't care like you do.

  7. Spray on deodrant?

  8. Deodorant would help.
