I need to stream video and audio wirelessly to a computer.?

I have a unique problem but I think the solution should be very easy. So we have a general meeting place that has a good sound system (which works great) and a wireless camera. I want to be able to stream both the audio and the video from the camera to a computer and have it broadcast over the internet so other people can access it. At present, the camera streams to a receiver attached to a TV and you can view whats going on in a different room but still in the same building. So what I really need is an adapter that will stream the video from the webcam (it runs through VGA) and an adapter that will stream sound from the sound board (MIDI I believe). Could someone please tell me where I can buy these items? Also (and I might be able to find this myself, but it'd be easier if you helped) is there a program that will compile the video and audio together so it's just one stream that I'm working with? There is already a Wireless router at the place so we don't need that.

You can do it, but not with the camera you have.  You need a camera that has the ability to use an ip address.  Otherwise, no one could get to it.  Here are some examples.
