Well out of all of those countries my very own (Australia) has the lowest dollar rate. So it should therefore be cheaper.

To compare costs look at http://www.geebeeworld.com .Then as  I assume that you are in India, you need to consult http://fulbright-india.org as it is the US Embassy site to help Indian students who wish to study in the US. You must also go through http://educationusa.state.gov . As for the UK, http://www.britishcouncil.org/india is you sole resort for everything you need. Australian government has the website http://idp.com/india to sort out things for foreigners. In case if you are not in India, just remove the India suffix from the above website addresses and look at the sites. All the best!

USA has the best graduate programs in the world. Many other developed countries do not have graduate programs that compare to those found in the US, especially if it is for something science related like biotechnology. For us to know which is cheaper, you'll have to tell us where you are from. But the US has the best education in what you want to do.

cost wise you can select australia, but i would suggest that the best courses in biotechnology are offered by united states universities with varying costs.

there are lot more state universities offering biotechnology with scholarships and even with some apprenticeships.
