I need to talk with a direct tv dvr tech person asap.?

Question

I am having technical difficulties with recording on my DVR but they seem to make it near impossible to talk directly to a real live person or at least communicate via chat. Does anyone out there know how I can get through?

all companies are like that now , a  pain in the butt ,you should not have any trouble recording with it ,have you got the aerial the right way round ?i mean imput
