I need to tape me knee with sport tape (I bought Omnitape) but I don't know how I do it?

I need to tape me knee with sport tape (I bought Omnitape) but I don't know how I do it, someone here that can help me

just do it the way it fells comfortable

ok first put about 6 strips about 12 inches in length side by side down the inside and outside of your leg.  then take the tape and wrap it around your thigh and below the knee to hold the strips in place.  remember to never cover the knee cap.
