why do you need websites?!  nevermind!!! check out your children's shows and channels, esp. sesame street, little einsteins, doodlebops, winnie the pooh dora the explorer, cliffor the big red dog, elmo, backyardigans, johnie and the sprites, etc. no i'm not advertising.  these series do have educational forums and most of them have some decent websites too. if i'd had access to them i have been better able to teach my little girl her numbers and letters. now she's in kindergarten and can't do any fo it yet has to write her name, a sentence, count to 20, etc. by the end of the school year. plus check search under " preschool education". you should be shown some helpful websites with that idea in mind.   good luck and keep searching!!

Hi there, I'm a teacher and a mom and I let my child play on these sites because they are fun and educational: nickjr.com and primarygames.com and treehouse.com (I think that's what it is otherwise google treehouse tv-it's canadian) All three sites let your child play games that stimulate thought and creativity and they get to play with thier fav. characters-from the backyardigans to the elmo, from little bill to diego...enjoy :)
