use Amtrak auto train  you load the vechile on to the autoracks

then you get ride in the train

Hi. A few years ago I moved from NY to Florida. I used this company -

They came to my house in NY, picked up my car, and transported it to FL (they put my car on one of those trucks that transports about 15 cars at a time). When they picked up my car, they went over the car with me - documented any dents, scratches, etc. and did the same when they dropped the car off. I think it took about 2 weeks. Had no problems whatsoever. I think I paid about $700 - from Westchester, NY to Boca Raton, FL.
