Caramel Popcorn Balls
Makes 50
Ingredients:
-2 tablespoons oil
-1/2 cup popping corn
-170g caster sugar
-80g unsalted butter
-2 tablespoons honey
-2 tablespoons cream
Method of preparing:
1) Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the corn and cover with lid. Cook until the popping stops. Tip the popcorn into a big bowl.
2) Put the sugar, butter, honey and cream in a small saucepan. Stir over medium heat, without boiling until the sugar has completely dissolved. Bring to the boil and boil without stirring, for 5 minutes.
3) Pour the caramel over the popcorn and mix together. Leave to cool a little, then rub some oil on your hands and mold the popcorn into small balls.

Makes 6
Ingredients
-3 slices of white bread
-butter
-hundreds and thousands
-knife
Method of preparing:
1) Spread some butter over each slice of bread.
2) Cut the slices of bread in half, diagonally.
3) Sprinkle hundreds and thousands over each one.
4) Put on a colourful plate to serve.
