I need to travel from Philadelphia to Hagerstown cheap?

I am trying to travel from philadelphia to hagerstown cheap. It can be even near hagerstown, also it should be roundtrip. It would be nice if it was under 50$ thanks

Greyhound seems to be your only option..  Looks to be about $33 each way.  

Amtrak will get you to Baltimore only, and is more expensive than your budget.
