I need to uninstall?

Question

my quickcam messenger software

i lost the cd so i downloaded it off of logitechs website

and i didnt know which one to download so i downloaded two

because the first one didnt work

and now whenever i go to watch something on youtube i cant hear the sound

but when i play music on itunes i can hear it, so my speakers are fully working and the sound was on the highest on youtube

someone please help me

Kind of vague about what you want to do but if you want to uninstall go to add/remove on control panel find it remove it, if that dont work download windows installer cleanup utility this is free and it will
