I need to unlock my metro samsung r 400

I was set up my phone and by mistake a change from nam 1 to nam 2 and my phone block a try to unlock with my code and my last 4 digit ofmy cell phone but it not unlock i call samsung costumer service and metro pcs costumer service but they can not help me.
