  2. Yes bro it is very much possible and i believe modem is used in dial-up not on broadband and that must be an short router

    all u need is download and software called proxy link is here

    install it and dont register it and then on urs second pc open internet exlporer Goto>internet

    options click on connection tab then click on lan settings check the box  saying "use a proxy......" type the ip address of that pc that is connected to internet and 6588 in port box click ok and close IE and if find problems also put the ip of that pc in the gateway of the second pc.Also you need open the proxy software just keep it running and minimize it to tray .     connect the lan connection from ur adsl to the router ,from router u can connect ur two computer using the 2 lan connection

    u can do it with wireless router also  

  5. I'm using BSNLs broadband connection in two computer. Using USB for one computer and in other one using LAN port.
