I need to weld 1/2 mild steel tube. Would i be able to solder this or use a torch?

I have a mig but it has been real tough being that it is so small, is there a simpler option?

  1. If you cannot arc welded, then use a torch but definitely you cannot solder it. Soldering as you know is for soft metals like copper or silver.
