No year,but 60's McDonalds comes to mind

This is based purely on a documentary I saw about fast-food chains, but I seem to recall that it was McDonald's. Others followed suit. I wish I could recall the year, but I believe it was still back in the 50s. Clearly I'm no authority, but I hope that helps a little.
