Have fun with it.  The goal is probably to get you to be creative.  Think of really outlandish things you didn't get to do over summer vacation.  For example, you probably didn't get to participate in a bull-fighting contest or take over Canada.

I did not get to go to the opening ceremonies in China. I wanted to but did not get an invitation.

I did not get to watch a triple feature at the drive-n theater. I tried but fell asleep before the last show

I did not get to have blue food day. I really wanted to have a day where I would only put blue things in my mouth. My mom was not cooperative. She freaked at the thought of dying mashed potatoes.

I did not get to have parent exchange day. I have always wanted to change places with my parents. How wonderful it would be to get to be the boss for one week.
