I need to write a letter to my customers letting them know that we are going on vacation for a week?

My husband is self employed he does land scaping service and we want to take a family vacation.

Do you mean you want to write a letter in Spanish saying you're going on vacation?  Or are you going to Guadalajara on vacation?  Give more info so you can get more help.

Tell them

"Gone fishing from xxxx xx 2008 to xxxx xx 2008.  Mow your own d**n lawn!" -  if you don't want any more customers  OR

"Gone fishing from xxxx xx 2008. Sorry for the inconvenience but we will be available on x*x xx 2008.  Please call us at *** *****

before we leave to set up your next appointment.
