I need to write an essay about an inspirational photographer for an assignment !?

Hi, I need to write an essay about an inspirational photographer for a photographic assignment. I need to find out more about the photographer, where he studied, what types of techniques he uses and find out more about the photos he takes. Is there anyone out there that could help me with this ? If ur an interesting, aspiring photographer with lots of vibe, please tell me ur story and what photographs you take, anything interesting about your photography.Please please please, I need as many ideas and photographers as possible. If u have a website, please leave it in ur reply so I can go check it up. It has to be in by Tuesday. PLEASE HELP !

I can't say I'm all that interesting, but you can look at my sites:

I once had a similar assignment and did some searches online for those artists that interested me.  I loved a really big name painter/illustrator's work, and sent him an email, and he wrote back.  It led to a great interview and an A on the project.  So try it.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the work of Howard Schatz!

A lot of the time, you can google the artist and find their personal website that will have a lot of that information.

Also, the more famous the artist is, the more likely you'll be able to find a book about them at the library.

Some pretty easy ones to find at the library: Howard Schatz, Ansel Adams, Diane Arbus, Richard Avedon, Irving Penn
