  1. I just googled "brailling service" and got loads of results - google that with the town you live in and you might find a local service that can do it for you.  Or you could contact the RNIB.

  2. How about using a more simpler method and send a voice mail to another relative who lives near and let them listen to it on the computer.

  3. I used to exchange casette tapes with my blind cousin when we were younger. We'd put music and all our gossip on it then just send them back and forth to each other.

If you get in touch with the RNIB they can send you some Articles for the Blind labels which would mean you wouldn't have to pay postage. They may also be able to give you some ideas on how to send your letter if you or your relative dont have a casette machine which a lot of people dont now

  4. Your local Charity for the Blind should have a brailling service. Contact them. They should be in the phone book, or google it.

  5. Have you thought about recording your letter to tape.  Then they couild listen to it.  That might be a more simple way of communicating with your relative.

  6. no but if you can't find one it might be an idea to make a recorded message on a dictaphone an send them that instead.

  7. Just send the letter to a friend who can read it to her.
